Email, usage data (tasks, captures, energy logs), phone (if you give it), voice recordings before transcription. That's it.

Your contacts. Your location. Your other apps. Your advertising identifiers. Your social profiles. We don't track you on other websites.

Voice audio: up to 24h after transcription, then deleted. Transcripts + tasks: as long as you keep them. After account deletion: 14 days then fully wiped.

You. And our engineers in support (only with your consent). No one else. Not advertisers. Not for AI model training.

Our AI sorts your captures in real time. No AI model — ours or third party — is trained on your data. Intermediate services (transcription, AI) are also EU-based.

You can always: export all (JSON), delete account, request correction, ask what we know about you. We answer within 30 days, usually within 1.

Essential cookies (e.g. sign-in session) are always on. On the website we use Google Analytics only with your consent (cookie banner). No ad cookies. In the app, analytics is separate and opt-in (settings).

When you subscribe on the blog we store your email and language. We send a confirmation email (double opt-in). Unsubscribe in any email or by writing hello@keptmind.com.
